Funtana is a small tourist village whose inhabitants (about 1000), covering both fisheries agriculture, situated in the most indented part of the western coast of Istria. Guarded by many bays and islands, extends from the holiday village Brulo to camp Valcanella, halfway between the famous resorts of Porec and Vrsar. Funtana is protected internally by a slightly hilly area cultivated with vineyards, olive groves, consisting of fields and meadows, oak and pine shadows that often reach out to the sea as if to mirror.
