A lovely experience. Cleanliness top notch. The yacht was in order, except for the second water tank gauge which was not working (I reported the fault but there was no help). Check-in and check-out without problems. Everyone very friendly. Insufficient number of trolleys for carrying luggage from the car to the yacht. What annoyed me was having to pay car parking (100 € for two cars). It would be nicer to raise the rental price and cover the parking costs that way. I hope this can help you.

Very happy with Marenauta's rental management. We had some problems with the boat (broken outboard, bow thruster out of service, and bad smell from the bathrooms) that caused us trouble during the first week. When we returned to base, the charter company replaced the outboard, repaired the bow thruster, and disconnected the black-water tank, which was impossible to use. We will definitely rent through Marenauta again.
