Wonderful holiday, boat a bit less so  
Excellent service from Marenauta and good welcome from the charter company too. Check-in a bit rough around the edges but within the norm. They forgot to fill a water tank, leaving the cap open. Dated boat with problems: engines at different RPMs and one fuel tank did not show consumption while another that was full showed half; fridge not cooling and batteries not holding charge, so we lost a day for checks and maintenance. In any case not fully resolved, so we had to keep the engine running to maintain charge. Still, the sea and weather were beautiful, light wind, paradise islands!

Beautiful sailing areas with unspoiled nature  
Catamaran sailing offers space and comfort, but feels a bit like motoring on the sea. A monohull gives you more of a sporty sailing feel. Whichever vessel you choose, in the Seychelles you enjoy dreamlike untouched beaches, lots of fish, baby sharks, stingrays and turtles in the sea and on land. The people are all very friendly.

Southern Corsica crossing  
Beautiful area for sailing. We had very changeable winds but were able to adapt them to our sailing plan. We rented a 2024 Lagoon 42. As for the company Sailoé, they provide good service. What I did not like is that they have no home port and charge for any night you want to spend in Bonifacio, including check-in day. They also charge a very high security deposit and took almost two weeks to return it.
