Una bellissima vacanza, baie strette e profonde, scogliere a picco sul mare, acqua cristallina, ma soprattutto uno skipper eccezzionale che ci ha fatto vivere appieno tutte le esperienze.

All very good and professional until the end. The only issue is the extra charge for cleaning which is disproportionate. They are charging double the price than agreed. This is unacceptable.

Thanks for the information.
We respond as follows to the customer's complaint about the final cleaning being charged twice:
According to our charter conditions, the yacht shall be returned in decent condition (broom clean, dishes done, holding tank emptied)
Unfortunately, the customer did not adhere to this condition and returned the yacht in an extremely dirty condition.
When the yacht was returned, the customer was again explicitly informed about the agreed returning terms and given extra time to fix the mess himself.
The customer did not do despite being asked to do so, so that we had to charge for the additional cleaning effort.

Buongiorno . Tutto perfetto se non fosse stato per un bagno maleodorante dall'inizio(abbiamo scoperto solo al check out che era stato intasato dagli ospiti precedenti) . Se posso dare un consiglio fornirei la barca di maggiori cuscini per le sedute esterne.
Per il resto tutto benissimo!!!!
