Ottimo servizio - ma fair?  
La barca era ottimizzata per il charter, quindi purtroppo fiocco piccolo autovirante e poca tela; se ti piace andare a vela, una barca po' troppo facile. Il servizio di Nova Eurispectra e' spettacolare: c'e' una chat dedicata alla barca dove ci sono tutte le info della barca, si possono postare tutte le domande e rischieste di aiuto/informazioni; inoltre, se lo vuoi, al rientro ti fanno loro l'ormeggio ed il rifornimento... insomma un servizio veramente super! L'unico neo e' che ci hanno fatto pagare 800 Euro perche' avevamo un sacchetto di plastica nell'elica e per evitare che entrasse acqua nell'olio dell'elica hanno dovuto sollevare la barca, rimpiazzare le guarnizioni e cambiare l'olio. Il problema e' che fino al mattino precedente io avevo controllato sotto la barca e non avevamo alcun sacchetto, quindi io sono quasi sicuro che il sacchetto e' stato preso dal loro ormeggiatore...

Fantastic Service!  
I have been chartering for almost 10 years now, and this time I experienced extraordinary service by the agency! Starting with the booking process that was simple and transparent with a very reasonable charter price (total package including the transfer cost etc.). Day before the charter, I received a call with the info that the boat is ready and that we are welcome to arrive at any time, since we requested early check in. Check in happened the moment we arrived! Simple and efficient process with the formalities in the office. Professional skipper helped us to navigate the narrow marina out, and on the way back, even without asking, the same skipper approached us on a dingy to take the boat back into the marina. Exceptional!
