Schönes Boot, aber einige schwere Mängel wegen schlechter Wartung !

Leider gab es eine ganze Reihe Mängel, hier die gravierenden Mängel: 1.) Viel Diesel in der Bilge, es hat leider im ganzen Boot, speziell in den Achterkabinen, schlimm nach Diesel gestunken! Warum wird so etwas vor einer Übergabe nicht gründlich gereinigt und die Leckage repariert..?? 2.) Der Gasherd funktionierte nicht richtig, der Druckregulierer (?) war kaputt. Der Druck war viel zu gering und die Flammen wurden während der einen Woche immer kleiner, bis am Schluß überhaupt nicht mehr gekocht werden konnte!! 3.) Der Außengrill an der Badeplattform war defekt! (Eventuell aus dem gleichen Grund wie der Herd) Leider musste das geplante Grillen ausfallen, was sehr enttäuschend war. 4.) Die Seile zum Auftakeln des Großsegels und auch des Focksegels (genaue Bezeichnungen weiß unser Skipper) waren sehr schwergängig! Einige Umlenkrollen am Mast etc. müssten mal geschmiert und gewartet werden! 5.) Die Batterien waren immer sehr schnell leer, obwohl wir ständig darauf achteten, unnötige Verbraucher abzuschalten. Sinnvoll wäre hierbei auch ein Photovoltaik-Panell auf Deck, denn Sonne zum Strom generieren gibt es ja genug! 6.) Die beiden Wassertanks waren nicht vollständig gefüllt! 7.) Das Beiboot (Dhingi) war schlaff und nicht aufgepumpt! 8.) Es gab keine Luftpumpe für das Beiboot an Bord!! 9.) Die Einweisung durch den für unser Boot zuständigen Mann war nicht in Ordnung! Er war ungeduldig, war sehr in Eile, er sprach kein Wort Deutsch und auch sein Englisch war nicht immer verständlich und wenn man seiner Meinung nach zu viele Fragen stellte, kam die barsche und überhebliche Antwort: "too many questions! What´s going on with you? etc....." Die Folge war, dass er einige wichtige Dinge nicht erklärt hatte und dass man sich nicht mehr traute, Fragen zu stellen, obwohl die Beantwortung sein job gewesen wäre! Nach Abgabe des Bootes wurde ich und viele andere Kunden Zeuge, wie der Chef den entsprechenden Angestellten in einem lauten Streitgespräch zurechtwies und heftig kritisierte! Wir hatten trotz der sehr ärgerlichen Mängel aber eine schöne Zeit und haben das Beste daraus gemacht und haben auf eine Entschädigungszahlung verzichtet. Umso mehr würden wir uns freuen, wenn wir bei unserer nächsten Buchung den in Aussicht gestellten Rabatt von 500 Euro erhalten könnten. Freundliche Grüße Oliver Schneider

Thank you for your detailed feedback following your stay on our yacht. We are pleased to hear that, despite certain issues, you still enjoyed your time at sea. We greatly appreciate every review, as it helps us continuously improve our service.

We would like to address in more detail the key points you raised in your complaint:

Diesel smell in the cabins: The technical issue that caused the fuel leakage was fully repaired before the handover of the yacht. The bilge was cleaned, and the yacht was technically 100% safe for sailing. Unfortunately, due to the specific characteristics of diesel fuel and the enclosed spaces on board, some residual fuel smell can remain in the air for a certain period after the repair. We fully understand that this affected your comfort in the aft cabins; however, from a technical standpoint, there was no longer any leakage.

Equipment and gas system: We are sorry that you experienced difficulties with the gas regulator and the lines. We would like to point out, however, that we did not receive any notification of these issues either during the handover or during the week of your charter. Our technical team is available at all times for urgent interventions and, had we been informed, we would have immediately attended to the yacht and resolved the issues on site.

Battery condition: Following a technical inspection after your return, we confirmed that the batteries on board were in full working order and had optimal capacity. The faster discharge was therefore most likely caused by the current load on the system rather than by a technical malfunction.

Staff conduct during the handover: We sincerely regret the unprofessional approach of our staff member. The communication you experienced does not reflect the standards of our company, and strict internal measures have already been taken with the employee concerned.

Our guests' satisfaction and their overall impression of our company are extremely important to us. Although we were not informed of the issues during the charter, which would have allowed us to resolve them immediately, as a gesture of goodwill and in the hope of welcoming you again, we are pleased to offer you a EUR 200 voucher, which you can use towards your next booking.

Naše potovanje s plovilom ki smo si ga sposodili corba (nanda) je bilo super osebje ki nas je sprejelo in nam bilo v pomoč vsakič ko smo imeli kaksno vprasanje je bilo ažurno in prijazno . Priporočamo vsakemu ki želi nekakšno posebno doživetje na vodi. Lp

Osebje Marenaute je prijazno in potrpežljivo usklajevalo naše želje z realnimi možnostmi. Zato je naša ocena marenaute ¨zelo dobro¨. drugača pa je naša ocena Jadranke Yachtinga. Razen prekrasnega morja in relativno dobre flote plovil je njihova ponuidba precej skromna in nefleksibilna. Na primer: Barka je bila v marini že v četrtek. Osebno, v marini, sem tako v četrtek kot v petek poskušal urediti da bi barko prevzeli že v soboto dopoldan okoli 11:00. Zaradi nekakšnega protokola to ni bilo mogoče. Check in je bil mogoč šele ob 14:00. Prevzem barke pa šele ob 15:30. Med dolgotrajnim check in postopkom ki ga je urejeval naš skiper, smo se morali zateči v restavracijo v marini. nikakršnega welcome drinka in prijaznega sprejema na kakšni klopci v senci ni bilo. Ko smo se nato končno vkrcali na barko smo zopet čakali na skrbnika ladje s katerim smo ugotovili da barka ni pripravljena v skaldu z našim naročilom. Potem smo do 17:00 čakali, da so odstranili neželjeni dingi in prinesli prav tako naročeno zaščitno mrežico, ki smo jo morali sami montirati. Tudi pri dostavi hrane in pijače nismo dobili nobene pomoči. Žar na barki ni bilo mogoče dobiti. In tako naprej. Malenkosti ki iz zadostne ponudbe naredijo dobro ponudbo s katero bi bili zadovoljni tudi gostje, ki imajo nekaj izkušenj z drugimi bolj prilagodljvimi ponudniki.

Dopust je bil lep dobro vreme le malo vetra. Jadrnica je bila odlična. Nekaj pomankljivosti so odpravili v marini. Odtrgana pritrditev okna v kabini in potrebno je bilo dotociti 20l goriva na kar sem opozoril pri prevzemu. Kasneje sem ugotovil da ena rinka žara ne deluje tako da je bil neuporaben. Drugače je jadrnica super za prave jadralce.

Sailing in Croatia

The boat was in good condition and we had a lovely time. Perhaps it could have had more cutlery. The week was exceptionally hot and we were happy to have the air condition. The check-in wasn't efficient as we came at 2pm and only managed to leave at 6pm after applying pressure on the Charter. When returning the boat there was a huge cue at the gas station. The old outboard engine broke on first use and the Charter did not want to make any commercial effort. Very disappointing.

Barca confortevole, ha bisogno di essere manutenzionata in alcuni particolari,es: tientibene entrata in coperta da stringere con attrezzi appositi, ruote timoni mostrano un giuoco eccessivo, vhf ogni tanto non si accendeva, bow thruster non funzionava.

Premettiamo che abbiamo gia noleggiato delle Swift Trawler 35 (con Fly) in Croazia con le quali ci troviamo molto bene in fatto di stabilità, praticità e confort. Il check-in e il check-out sono funzionati come una lettera alla posta per quanto riguarda la parte amministrativa con una cordialissima Signora di origini Svizzere multilingue e molto efficace. Per contro la consegna della barca non è stata impeccabile: disordine e pulizia "sommaria" sia all'interno che all'esterno ci hanno procurato malcontento e una perdita di almento due ore di tempo... Al contrario, la riconsegna della barca da parte nostra è stata decisamente migliore. Per quanto riguarda il tempo passato nella Marina di Pola e soprattutto presso lo stupendo albergo "Monumenti", ci ha regalato dei momenti di puro piacere e relax.

Problemi meccanica

Sono un affezionato cliente di marenauta ma purtroppo quest'anno abbiamo avuto dei problemi che hanno condizionato molto la vacanza: il primo con il cedimento della batteria motore, dapprima risolto grazie al bouster che avevo con me, in seguito con la sostituzione; poi il problema di surriscaldamento del motore e continuo ripristino acqua nel circuito di raffreddamento. Per questi motivi abbiamo dovuto modificare il nostro programma e abbiamo limitato il nostro raggio di navigazione. Ringrazio comunque il sig.Alfredo che ci ha comunque supportato in modo eccellente

Guten Tag, wenn Sie mich schon anschreiben, dann gebe ich gerne meine Kritik ab: 1. Das gesamte Boot war beim Check in sehr, sehr schmutzig.Sogar fremde Tangas haben wir gefunden. sehr ekelig. Ich glaube es wurde vergessen dass Boot zu reinigen. 2. Die Außendusche war kaputt, bzw. hat sehr oft ausgesetzt. 3. Die Dieselanzeige war Kaputt.

Esperienza complessivamente positiva, ma con alcuni aspetti organizzativi da migliorare. Il check-in è stato piuttosto faticoso: abbiamo atteso circa due ore sotto il sole, senza alcuna area d'ombra né una semplice sedia o panchina dove poter aspettare. Anche il check-out dovrebbe essere organizzato meglio. Siamo rientrati in porto puntualmente alle 17.00, ma abbiamo dovuto attendere quasi due ore prima dell'ispezione di riconsegna della barca. La cosa è risultata ancora più incomprensibile perché diverse imbarcazioni arrivate dopo di noi sono state controllate prima. Sarebbe auspicabile una gestione che rispetti l'ordine di arrivo o, quantomeno, criteri più trasparenti. Un plauso invece all'assistenza tecnica: il secondo giorno abbiamo avuto un guasto al motore dell'argano dell'ancora, che ci ha costretti a rientrare in un porto di appoggio e a modificare il nostro itinerario. Il personale era già stato avvisato, ci aspettava all'arrivo ed è intervenuto immediatamente, risolvendo il problema nel pomeriggio. Un servizio rapido ed efficiente che abbiamo molto apprezzato.

- Charterfirma war sehr freundlich und humorvoll - Abläufe waren sehr unkompliziert und unformell - Zustande des Bootes war inakzeptabel (zweimaliger Segelriss bei normalen Bedingungen, Plotter stieg ab und zu aus, Schoten abgenutzt, Luken teils undicht, 230 V funktionierte nicht) - wir hatten earyl check in gebucht (14:00), mussten wegen vielen Crews und eines Defekts am Boot aber warten bis 19:30 (Defekt war um 17:00 behoben!)

Der Service bei der Buchung und bei der Übergabe war sehr gut organisiert. Alle Bediensteten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Boot selbst roch während des gesamten Urlaubs nach Benzin, was sehr störend war. Für Ablagen (Kleider, Lebensmittel) war extrem wenig Platz vorhanden.

Insgesamt solide Yacht mit etwas zu geringer Batterie-Kapazität. Man wird aber von der Base gewarnt, wenn die Spannung zu weit abfällt. Dann müssen ein paar Verbraucher (v.a. die Kühlung) abgeschaltet werden und der Motor muss einige Zeit laufen. Am besten immer, wenn die Möglichkeit besteht, Landstrom nutzen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Dafür gibt es zusätzlich zur 4-Sterne-Bewertung ein Extra-Plus!

Wenn man mit Lachen und Freundlichkeit begrüßt wird, ist das schon die halbe Miete. Sehr Positiv! Das Boot sehr sauber! Neu, man bekam einen Übernahme Zettel und konnte in aller Ruhe alles überprüfen, was auf dem Zettel angegeben war. Eigentlich eine gute Idee. Wetter, dafür kann der Vercharterer nichts! Wenn's wie mit Gießkannen regnet und ringsherum Blitz und Donner ist, geht auch der beste Computer nicht mehr. Segeln, leider den Wind immer auf die Nase bekommen! Abgabe unkompliziert wie die Übernahme.Auch neu, Taucher kontrolliert Unterwasserschiff. Segeln in Kroatien immer schön, wenn's Wetter mitmacht. Wenn man W-Lan an Bord hat, sollte auch ein Umformer an Bord sein. Die Crew und der Skipper waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

We spent nice holiday on the boat sailing with friends. We visited north Adriatic islands Cres, Lošinj, Susak and Unije. The sailing boat was in very good shape, well maintained and without problems during our trip. The only problem we had was with outboard engine for the auxiliary boat which was not functioning.. We are booking boats from Marenauta agency year after year an we are very satisfied.

Mangelhafter Zustand am Ende der Saison

Die Übernahme des Bootes ab 15:00 anstatt 17:00 kostete 150,00 EUR. Dies ist schon ein neue nicht hinnehmbare Preissteigerung und eine Unverschämtheit an einem Buchungsbeginn erst am Abend ein kostenfreie Bootsübernahme anzubieten. Das Boot selber eine Bavaria 46 Baujahr 2024 war seit dem Saisonbeginn wohl im Einsatz. Der allgemeine Zustand war leider nicht sehr überzeugend, denn es zeigten sich ein Vielzahl von Mängeln.

War nach App Check in eigentlich happy , dass das Boot auf einhand ausgelegt war . Wegen anfänglicher Schwierigkeiten beim Handling des Grossegels machten wir uns keine Gedanken , ungewohnt halt . Leider lag es aber am schlechten Zustand des laufenden Gutes dass ich beim setzen und Bergen des selben immer am Baum rumturnen musste was bei Welle und reichlich Wind nicht spaßig war . Die Navigation gestaltete sich auch etwas schwierig da der touchscreen sich ständig aufhängte , ausschalten, einschalten geht , geht nicht zum Glück gibt es Karte , Handy und Tablett .Wir haben das beste draus gemacht .Das Personal der Basis war nett. La vacanza è andata bene, la barca non era nuova ma in ogni caso abbastanza confortevole e spaziosa. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con i serbatoi dell'acqua e siamo stati costretti a ricaricare acquanonostante 2 su 3 fossero ancora pieni (oppure andare a lussino per la riparazione). In ogni caso al rientro l'armatore è stato disponibile e per il disagio ci ha accordato uno sconto per eventuali noleggi futuri.

Das Bootwar generell in einem guten, dem Alter entsprechenden Zustand. Lediglich 2 Dinge haben uns gestört: Es gab keine Info, dass Laden unserer devices mit Bordbatterie nur bei aufgedrehtem Radio funktioniert - ein kl. Infofolder hätte schon gereicht. Und der Kühlschrank war gleich zu Beginn totalvereist, was die Kühlleistung ziemlich beeinträchtigte.

Ottimo servizio di Marenauta e buon charter che è venuto incontro in modo puntuale alle nostre esigenze di assistenza. La barca non era però manutenuta adeguatamente: il tender imbarcava acqua (ce ne hanno portato uno sostitutivo al primo giorno, raggiungendo i in rada), il frigorifero non funzionava (abbiamo dovuto buttare via diversi prodotti che sono andati a male a causa del cattivo funzionamento), l’auto pilota non funzionava e abbiamo avuto problemi con il rolla fiocco (in condizioni di vento leggermente più sostenuto, si è dimostrato non utilizzabile)

Abbiamo noleggiato questa barca a vela nuova del 2024. L'assistenza è stata molto buona. Con accesso prioritario ci hanno consegnato la barca entro le 14. Nel complesso bene, a parte che l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Qualche cima in più non farebbe male. Mi ritengo cmq soddisfatto.

Noleggio Elan 43 Impression da Pola (Charter Jadranka Yachting)

- Check-in: è stato fatto tramite Mobile App, x molte delle dotazioni non era indicata la posizione di dove si trovavano pertanto abbiamo (solo l'equipaggio perché il Base Manager non era presente in questa fase) molto tempo a cercarle e non le abbiamo trovate tutte (a fine procedura on-line il Base Manager ci ha fatto vedere dov'erano quelle che non abbiamo trovato) - Crociera: abbiamo navigato per tutta la settimana con un brutto odore in barca perché il Base Manager si era dimenticato di avvisare che il bagno di prua scaricava SEMPRE nel serbatoio acque nere quindi, per quanto lo svuotassimo, c'era sempre odore ogni volta che si usava il bagno (ho navigato con altre barche con serbatoio di acque nere e in alcune situazioni non abbiamo potuto "svuotarlo" per 2/3 giorni ma non mi è mai capitato che si sentisse odore in barca quindi a mio avviso c'è qualche problema nell'impianto) ... oltre a questo, sotto il lavandino, c'era costantemente odore di gasolio - Dotazioni barca: 1) il pannello degli indicatori di livello (batterie e carburante) è poco affidabile 2) il binocolo aveva le lenti "sfocate" quindi inservibile 3) alcuni (un paio) vani/armadietti in dinette avevano le cerniere rotte - Conclusioni: l'imbarcazione in sé non era male ma ci è sembrata carente di manutenzione, non nelle componenti funzionali (motore, vele, attrezzatura velica) ma per quanto riguarda accessori/confort, sicuramente aver trascorso 1 settimana con odore a bordo ha influito sul giudizio complessivo, soprattutto per il fatto che avevamo segnalato il problema il giorno successivo al check-in ed è stato "minimizzato" dal charter (Base Manager) che ha abbozzato una spiegazione poco credibile.

Week end lungo con amici (2 coppie e 3 bambini). Itinerario: Veruda-Brioni Maggiore-Rovigno (ACI MArina)-Veruda. Imbarcazione complessivamente in condizioni più che buone, purtoppo qualche problema all'autoclave ha ritardato la partenza e si è ripresentato mentre eravamo ormeggiati a Brioni Maggiore. Il charter si è però subito attivato minimizzando il disagio: lodevole! Isole Brioni sempre bellissime! Appena fuori dal porto di Rovigno, di ritorno a Veruda, abbiamo incrociato un branco di circa 10 delfini! gran finale!

Questa é stata la seconda vacanza con Laali e sono soddisfatto per come é trascorsa anche se il tempo non era dei migliori. La barca é perfetta per sei persone e il sito di Lussino ideale come base di partenza per una crociera verso le isole dalmate; unico neo non da poco, l'aumento generale dei prezzi in Croazia come generi alimentari, gasolio, ristoranti e servizi vari (come gli ormeggi al gavitello davvero esosi).

Das Boot war Dreckig, die Navigationssysteme funktionierten teilweise nicht. Sicherheitseinrichtungen wie Thermoventil beim Gas haben nicht funktioniert.

E' andata male.....

Ma poteva andare peggio. organizzati per partire la domenica alle 6 di mattina ma la barca non parte, batteria kaputt e partenza rimandata alle 10.30. Stato generale di manutenzione molto scarso e usura elevata per una barca di 3 anni. Ciliegina sulla torta gli ultimi tre giorni con la pompa dell'acqua rotta....

Abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana a bordo di un Elan 40, barca molto comoda ma con un piccolissimo difetto: la scaletta di risalita sulla plancia di poppa priva di appigli, per il resto tutto ok.

Barca Dufour 412 grand large, compagnia di Charter disponibile e amichevole. La barca è un po' "vissuta", ma tutto sommato accettabile vista anche la modalità amichevole nelle valutazioni dei problemi o difetti riportate nelle imbarcazioni. Consiglio comunque questa base di noleggio barche per gentilezza, disponibilità e logistica.

Dufour43 comoda ma fragile

La barca ci è piaciuta molto ma ci aspettavamo maggiori prestazioni visto che è del 2019. Sembra stra usata e poco curata con pezzi che potevano essere aggiustati. Per esempio tendina parasole cabina di prua, già rotta. Pulsanti cassetti che si staccavano, fusibili radio e prese USB che facevano corto circuito sebbene venissero cambiati.

Viaggio tutto perfetto, barca perfettamente in ordine e funzionale Skipper cordiale, preparato, educato e disponibile; unico problema nostro, esclusivamente nostro, che per un problema di salute siamo dovuti rientrare prima dello scadere dei sette giorni, siamo rientrati il 25. Ma ricordo che il problema è stato nostro.

Ancora una volta Lussino e l'arcipelago delle Absirtidi! una meraviglia che è maggiormente apprezzabile con la barca. E la soluzione ideale è con questo Charter a Mali Losinj: anche quest'anno precisi ed efficienti, sempre disponibili. L'imbarcazione, Elan 40 Impression, pulita ed efficiente, nessun problema. Der Urlaub war wunderbar, die Leute von Charter hilfreich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen war die Yacht von Dufour. Obwohl erst 2 Jahre alt, und erkennbar gepflegt, hatte sie doch einige Verschleißerscheinungen, die mir bei anderen teils 20 jahre alten Schiffen noch nicht vorgekommen sind. (Wackelkontakte in der Elektrik, falsch funktionierende Füllstände, ein nicht brennender Grill und wirklich schwergängiges laufendes Gut...) Daher einen Punkt Abzug, Dufor miete ich bestimmt niemals wieder. Marenauta und Charter gerne wieder.

Come sempre le isole del nord della Dalmazia non tradiscono mai, mare stupendo, clima piacevolissimo e baie incantate. Barca un po' datata ma confortevole,con problema alle batterie, parzialmente risolto nei primi giorni.

Prima volta che affittavamo barca all’estero. Prima volta con Marenauta. Eravamo in tre: lei, io e il nostro micio Mirò. Servizio pre imbarco eccellente: hanno sempre risposto ai nostri quesiti e soddisfatto eventuali richieste. Nonostante l’era Covid siamo stati messi in condizione di soddisfare le richieste burocratiche croate relative e non ci sono stati problemi. In loco servizio efficiente, barca a posto e logistica del Marina adeguata. Riassumendo grazie Marenauta, alla prossima e buon vento.

Abbiamo veleggiato su un fantastico Bavaria 46 e siamo stati benissimo! abbiamo avuto qualche problema ma il personale è stato veloce a riparare il guasto e poi, visto che abbiamo praticamente perso un giorno di vacanza, dovendo attendere la riparazione, ci ha consentito di tornare il giorno dopo la data prevista! molto cordiali, disponibili!

Barca nuova ma con problema al genoa: ralinga lunga quindi impossibile bolinare. Noleggiatore e Marina di piccole dimensioni con personale gentile e disponibile. L'ormeggio in marina non è protetto da un molo per cui si sente molto la risacca causata dal traffico portuale. Abbiamo navigato da Unie a Punte Bianche..bellissime baie!
