Unprofessional crew  
No welcome. Insufficient on-board service. Unable to visit La Maddalena because they didn't have entry clearance for the archipelago. Skipper constantly absent (she went with her boyfriend who was skipper on another boat). Poor hygiene on board and disastrous fridge management.
