Everything fine  
The boat was admittedly an older "steamer", but still in fairly good shape; noteworthy the layout and finish of the saloon (a little more "finished" than on new yachts) and the heads (shower with a small seat); the sailing characteristics of the "old" Bavaria were very good, the local charter company's service very friendly, very relaxed and customer-oriented; they already knew us though, because a few weeks earlier we had already been out with a yacht from this company;

Not recommended  
The chartered yacht (Bavaria C42, 2023) had a dead battery (replaced at Marina Veruda Pula), empty gas cylinder, water leaking inside (at the bottom) (repaired at Marina Lošinj), yacht had no working anchor light, both cockpit compasses were reversed, poor sealing of side windows (water leaking into the galley in rain). Charter was for 15 days and on the external benches they installed ordinary beach loungers instead of proper cushions. On the agreed departure day (02 JUL) the chartered skipper did not show up. Due to all the real and procedural errors and unprofessionalism we lost 4 days of sailing.
