Rude charter  
The charter company was quick preparing the boat but rude at check-in and explaining onboard instruments, staff on the pontoon really impolite. Our neighbour boat had several problems including windlass, heads and GPS faults and received no assistance or discount

"Lived-in" boat but comfortable and fast  
"Lived-in" boat but comfortable and fast. We really appreciated the two fridges. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was the autopilot, which did its own thing a bit and needed attention.

A holiday that was good and not so good  
We spent a week on a catamaran fully enjoying the stability and comfort this type of vessel offers. Unfortunately the experience was partially compromised by some technical and maintenance issues on board that you would expect not to find on a boat of this category. In particular, we found clogging and blockage of the drain in 2 toilets, with considerable inconvenience during the stay. In addition, the air conditioning system in the cabins did not work properly, making some nights very hot and uncomfortable. The catamaran structure and space management remain excellent for a holiday at sea, but greater attention to preventive maintenance of systems (primarily toilet pumps and A/C system) before delivery of the boat would have made the holiday flawless.

Simple booking and useful insurance  
The booking process through Marenauta was fast and simple, and we actually had minimal need to contact the broker as everything went smoothly. We are also very satisfied with the recommended deposit insurance from Pantaenius. During sailing a hatch was damaged, which we settled at checkout and then requested reimbursement from the insurance. After submitting the required documentation, the damage was fully covered. Praise also for Aquatoria Yachting – check-in and check-out were fast, staff friendly, and they later delivered without any trouble the additional documentation the insurance had requested. Overall a very positive experience with Marenauta, Aquatoria Yachting and the recommended insurance.
