Barca nuovissima e ben tenuta. Vacanza alle isole pontine meravigliosa

Barca nuova ma mal costruita  
La barca aveva solo 3 mesi e ce la aspettavamo perfetta invece la scaletta era gia rotta, gli oblò montati male che non prendevano vento e nelle cabine di poppa il caldo era soffocante (nessun ventilatore, il motore che riscalda e gli oblò che non prendono vento). Per 3 notti abbiamo dormito a turno fuori per il troppo caldo. Inoltre un tubo della doccia si è rotto ed abbiamo dovuto ripararlo da soli perché a ventotene non hanno assistenza. Abbiamo poi richiesto il servizio cambusa che è però arrivato con 2 ore di ritardo e siamo quindi partiti 1 ora in ritardo. In compenso l'assistenza di Sergio (il nostro referente) è stata cordiale e costante.

Date le lamentele della Signora è chiaro e palese che trattasi di persone non avvezze alla navigazione in barca a vela. La lamentela degli osteriggi montati al contrario si commenta da sola. Abbiamo inoltrato il reclamo al cantiere Bavaria che ha stupidamente pensato di montare gli osteriggi secondo la normativa di sicurezza (in modo da evitare l'allagamento della barca) a scapito della freschezza a bordo degli ospiti. Devo anche sprecare fiato per la lamentela del caldo? E' mai stato scritto da qualche parte che la barca era dotata di aria condizionata? O devo rivolgermi al Dio Apollo per avere spiegazioni del suo accanimento ad Agosto?
Per quanto riguarda il servizio in base, la Signora naturalmente ha dimenticato di menzionare che il check in  è alle 18:00, ma che le è stata consegnata la barca ben due ore  e mezzo prima (15:30)  gratis (l'early check-in costa 150 euro). Il servizio cambusa è arrivato in ritardo in quanto il supermercato ha avuto un problema e al cliente è stato garantito il ritorno il venerdì un'ora dopo proprio per recuperare il problema. L'assistenza tecnica è stata garantita immediatamente per il problema riscontrato nella doccia ma lo skipper (non la signora) non ha voluto procedere con l'assistenza dichiarando di aver risolto lui stesso.
Chiudo la nostra risposta ricordando alla Sig.ra che al check out a domanda diretta, lo skipper ha dichiarato di non aver avuto problemi. Dato il tenore delle lamentele consiglio alla Sig.ra di evitare la vacanza in barca a vela ma piuttosto di provare a prenotare un lido che sicuramente è in grado di soddisfare le sue necessità.

La barca si è comportata egregiamente tutta la settimana, uniche pecche erano gli oblò chiusi ermeticamente all’esterno e quindi con poco arieggiamento delle cabine. Inoltre non essendoci un fotovoltaico fisso sopra la balumina questo comportava una riduzione di energia della batteria con spegnimento del frigo, con problemi ai viveri. Consiglio vivamente l’aggiunta dei pannelli.

Ottima base di partenza  
Vacanza perfetta anche se colpiti da cattivo tempo. Il porto è grande e si possono scegliere diversi itinerari. Abbiamo lasciato l'auto all'interno del porto a 15 euro al giorno. Bagni del porto puliti. Assistenza del charter perfetta. Barca in ordine. Il base manager Sergio è attento e per ogni piccola richiesta risolve immediatamente. Consigliatissimo e molto probabilmente ci torniamo.

Una bella vacanza  
Barca molto comoda, accessoriata e recente ma gli stopper hanno le scritte sbiadite. Attenzione al rientro al benzinaio, va chiamato prima per radio e mi ha mandato al porto di Castellammare.
