Deposit insurance:  The non-refundable deposit can be purchased on-site at a cost of ca. 12% of the deposit for the first and second week. For charters lasting three or more weeks, a new deposit insurance policy must be purchased. Please note that the deposit insurance does not cover clogged toilets, waste tanks, or missing fuel. Therefore, a refundable part of the deposit is mandatory: 500 EUR (payable in cash or by credit card). Optional 270€ (per booking)
Gennaker:  1000€ deposit obligatory; Upon request - In addition to the vessel security deposit, an additional deposit is required for the gennaker. In the event that the gennaker is completely destroyed, we reserve the right to retain the full amount of the deposit. Optional 200€ (per week)

Excellent experience  
The check-in procedure was very fast. Thanks also to the online dashboard, where you can do everything before arriving at the base. A bit of luck too because there was a guy available when I arrived, otherwise I would have had to wait a good while. The boat was in order, maybe the line to unfurl the in-mast furling mainsail was a bit dry. Otherwise everything in order. On the boat there was a working black water tank so positive. The only flaw was the cleanliness, but in every charter company the cleanliness is never as we want it. I would definitely charter again with Euronautic and Marenauta is always a guarantee.

Relax and comfort  
Thanks to a perfect combination of weather conditions, boat quality and enchanting places, we spent a very pleasant family holiday. Two weeks literally flew by. The assistance with the Euronautic base was always prompt and they solved the only technical problem that occurred: the restarting of the on-board wifi. We will definitely repeat the experience because there are many places to see in Croatia!
