Excellent sailboat for a family cruise  
We spent 6 days on the Oceanis 35.1 sailboat departing from ACI Marina Split, visiting the islands of Brač and Hvar. The sailboat met our expectations for a family cruise (family of 5) as it is quite comfortable, especially the cockpit and the swim platform for getting into the sea. Of the sails we only used the roller Genoa and everything was fine.

We are sorry to hear that you felt local procedures were not communicated clearly and that waiting on the boat caused you frustration. We would like to clarify our standard check-in process to help you understand the situation better.

Our official check-in time and boats handover begins at 17:00. We always try to welcome guests in our office as soon as they arrive which is why the paperwork in the case was done at 14:30.

The check in of the boat depends on multiple technical and operational factors - our team must complete technical inspections, safety checks, and to clean the boat. Once the boats are fully ready, our base staff starts with the check in following the chronological order of guests' arrival. This policy ensures complete fairness, so no guest feels overlooked or unfairly delayed.

Since the official check-in window opens at 17:00, our team worked as efficiently as possible to reach every boat in the correct order. We truly value your patience during this busy embarkation period.

We hope you had a safe and enjoyable time at sea, and we look forward to welcoming you aboard again in the future.
