Here are our answers :

1. Regaring the communication:
We don’t understand : they had 2 interlocutors. Each has his phone.
Please see the attachment: it is the first page of the boat's user manual, which is on board.
I don't know what extra the customer is talking about.

2. Regarding the cleaning:
This comment is completely unfounded.
The cleanliness of our boats is meticulously checked before each departure.
The hirer completes a full inventory, then a SET SAIL boat manager comes for the check : answer any questions the customer may have, and verify that they have found everything.
Yet he gives us a 5 out of 5 for chekin and checkout – inventory is included in this service

Sorry if the client was not totally satisfied but we did our best.

Good boat and good charter. Pity about the damage claim 4 days afte...  
The boat selection process with Marenauta was a little laborious because of the paperwork, but in general everything went well. The charter company was helpful and cordial. Boat in good condition and clean. Pity about check-in on Friday (with check-out on Saturday at 1 p.m.) and especially the damage claim on the Tuesday after Saturday check-out.
