Boat condition not optimal  
Although not very old, the boat's maintenance and functionality were far from optimal. Tender really too small for 6 people, with the inflatable floor punctured. Several cabin and toilet door handles were broken. Several cupboard push-button latches didn't work, opening on their own and letting things fall during sailing. Forward hatch with only one opening/closing knob instead of 2. No inverter for 220V power with the engine running — on a boat this size that's unacceptable and enormously inconvenient. In short, boat condition not optimal — all the more unacceptable considering we're at the start of the season!

We thank you for taking the time to share the client's feedback. Our clients' comments are always important to us and allow us to continually monitor the condition of our vessels.
We are sorry that some aspects did not fully meet your expectations.
Regarding the tender, we would like to clarify that the one supplied is the standard model provided for a 41-foot sailing yacht and is approved for a maximum of 3 people. It is therefore normal that it cannot be used by 6 people at the same time. A tender capable of carrying six passengers would typically be a rigid-hull model of around 3.90 metres, a solution that, as you can understand, is not compatible with a vessel of this size, whether for reasons of space or stowage.
As for the inverter, the boat is not equipped with one, as is the case with most sailing yachts in the same category. This is therefore a feature of the vessel and not a missing item or a fault, which is why this comment surprised us.
Regarding your other reports concerning handles, locker latches and portholes, thank you for bringing them to our attention. We will check them during the yacht's routine maintenance visits.

Excellent week on Elba, with room for improvement on the boat and o...  
The overall judgement of the holiday is excellent, taking into account the fact that we always found sun, little sea and when there was no wind we went looking for it, managing to do a lot of sailing. The return passage from Elba to Scarlino was one long beat with 13/17 knots of wind. The boat (Gloria) is substantially very good, with some aspects that could be improved. The autopilot switched off by itself a couple of times, bimini and sprayhood were tired and dirty (they need replacing), the cockpit cushions (paid separately despite the extras fee being over 500 euros) were low quality and general cleaning of the boat good but not very attentive to detail. Welcome, check-in and check-out procedures need reviewing. Below I will recommend the owner for the competitive price and above all for the zero-deposit option, which I consider very valid because the related voucher can be used at any of their bases in Italy. Not for check-in, check-out and assistance operations, in my view to be reviewed, at least in Scarlino that week.
