Egadi  
The boat proved excellent and the skipper was likeable and very prudent. However, the welcome did not meet expectations. We had requested early check-in, but were forced to wait two hours.

We are sorry that the client was dissatisfied with the company's services; unfortunately, early check-in is an extra that we cannot guarantee, as it depends on many factors.

The client had requested it, but out of fairness, did not pay for it since it was not possible to guarantee it.

Otherwise, it seems she was happy with the boat and enjoyed her holiday, which is without doubt the most important part for us.

Good holiday but surprise on arrival  
The boat and the holiday went well; the final inconvenience however left a bitter taste. On arrival in Marsala the operator went to check whether the propeller anode had suffered damage due to a line that at San Vito Lo Capo had become entangled on the propeller itself. According to the staff member the anode had broken (but not come off) and it absolutely had to be replaced by a diver at a flat rate of 250 euros. (the anode costs a few tens of euros, but the diver....). We paid in cash (with receipt of payment) and asked to be sent the invoice for this absolutely necessary operation (in the writer's opinion no, as although broken the anode had not moved at all from its seat and was firmly fixed to the hull with screws). To this day we have not seen the invoice requested... Regards Marco Dorigo

Boat without refrigerator  
Although I had explicitly requested a check of the refrigerator functioning (see attached email), which should have contained medicines, the fridge never worked. I spent hours with a technician in Lipari without solving the problem and the result was a ruined holiday chasing anyone who could give us ice at every landing. I add the bow thruster not working, but advertised on the boat, and the cockpit light not working replaced with a bulb that was completely insufficient.

Egadi on catamaran  
It is the first time I have been on a catamaran: comfort is absolute at the expense of sailing because it is slower. The Egadi on catamaran are beautiful: we were always able to stay at anchor even in shallow depths, with no problems with power, water or batteries. The only flaw was check-in, because we got the boat with a long delay at 7.30 p.m.
