la mia ultima esperienza in barca a vela con Voi, in particolare grazie alla Vostra efficienza e cortesia, è stata ottima, divertente e molto gratificante.
Secondo la mia esperienza, la Vostra organizzazione è di eccellente livello, sotto il profilo organizzativo e per la professionalità del Vostro personale.
In particolare, voglio ricordare che io avevo prenotato un' imbarcazione per il periodo di giugno; e, a causa di un problema di salute, ho dovuto sottopormi ad un intervento chirurgico nel periodo già fissato per la vacanza; comunicatovi il problema, con velocità e senza addebitarmi alcun costo aggiuntivo, siete stati in grado di posticipare il periodo già prenotato di un paio di mesi.
Aggiungo, che nella complessiva gestione della pratica, ho ricevuto ulteriori gentilezze e assistenza dal Vostro personale, che non era affatto scontato per me ricevere.
Poichè nel corso della mia vita ho avuto anche esperienze lavorative nel campo turistico, non mi è stato possibile fare a meno di notare la qualità della Vostra azienda, che è già stata mia cura segnalare a conoscenti che intendevano noleggiare un'imbarcazione.
Che altro dire? GRAZIE, da parte mia e di tutto l'equipaggio. E tutti i miei migliori auguri per la prosecuzione della Vostra attività.
