All good, despite Dream Yacht Charter  
In the end everything was fine, but Dream Yacht Charter's management of the boat leaves doubts. Check-in was rushed, without explanations and those provided were inaccurate, as if they had no idea of the boat they were handing over. Check-out was even worse, without any inspection by Dream Yacht. The boat had some defects, although those visible were fairly superficial in nature. Fortunately we had no problems. Is it poor customer care or poor boat management? The doubts remain.

Tutto bene con qualche imprevisto da gestire meglio  
La barca nel complesso era in buone condizioni e rifletteva le caratteristiche indicate in prenotazione. La pulizia era sufficiente. Lo skipper fornito dal charter è stato in gamba ed adeguato al piano, anche se ci il nominativo ci è stato comunicato solo una settimana prima, che è troppo a ridosso della partenza per discutere dell'itinerario ed organizzare le soste tra porti / boe ecc. C'è stato un problema con lo scarico di un bagno per colpe non attibuibili a noi, è stato gestito dopo circa 1 giorno con un po' di difficoltà. Non ci è stato fornito invece adeguato supporto per rimborsarci del disagio causato dal danno
