Good but not great  
Angelina is one of the largest charter companies in Croatia with hundreds of boats. Ours was a 2018 boat and the equipment was fairly worn. In particular we discovered the sprayhood was broken and would not stay open. Some lines were worn and in general the boat was clean but the smell was not the best. The only other flaw was check-in: too fast to allow understanding the boat and sailing safely and especially verifying everything was working (see sprayhood).

Thank you for client's feedback.
We informed our base about it, and requested the report from them.
They have informed us that during the charter they did not receive any report about issues on sprayhood, not request for an intervention. Once clients returned for the check-out, they stated the screws on the sprayhood were loose and made the repair on spot.
There was no complaint regarding the cleaning during the check-in or during the charter, only when clients came back.
They only informed the base about their opinion the check-in was done to fast.

If you have any other information provided from the clients, we would appreciate sharing it with us.

Regardless, we will take all in consideration, as it is important for us to have clients feedback in order to keep improving and providing the best possible service to all the clients.

Excellent charter, boat OK.  
The charter is among the best charter companies in the Adriatic; they have an excellent front office, the boats are clean and always in order. The assistance service is excellent — you could not ask for more. I recommend them and will charter with them again as soon as possible. Thanks.

Dear Marenauta team We were generally very satisfied with our sailing holiday. The booking, preparation and advance information worked well, and we also really liked the boat and the area around Sukošan. Only point: We had problems with the dinghy's outboard motor.
