Purtroppo siamo rimasti delusi su molte cose. Abbiamo noleggiato una barca nuova perchè speravamo fosse tutto in ordine ma il giorno del checkin alle ore 20 ci è stato comunicato che tutti i galleggianti (escluso solo quello del carburante) erano rotti. siamo partiti ugualmente in quanto avevamo pianificato e prenotato una darsena per il giorno successivo ma senza galleggianti è stato veramente un disagio gestire sia il rifornimento dell'acqua ma soprattutto lo scarico dell'acqua sporca in quanto non vedendo nulla non si riusciva a capire se il serbatoio era vuoto oppure ancora pieno. nonostante ogni giorno scaricavamo il serbatoio in barca c'era sempre puzza di fogna e passare due settimane con questo odore non è stato per niente gradevole. inoltre il giorno del checkin abbiamo visto sulla banchina i cuscini per il pozzetto e la prua e li abbiamo sistemati sulla barca, tornati dal ristorante alle ore 22 i cuscini erano spariti senza darci nessuna comunicazione. ci siamo informati la mattina successiva e ci è stato detto che per averli dovevamo pagare 300 euro. su una prenotazione di quasi 6000 euro è una cosa assurda che ci vengano chiesti tutti questi soldi per i cuscini che avrebbero dovuto essere compresi nel prezzo inoltre prima di toglierli sarebbe stato più corretto spiegarci a voce le modalità senza farli sparire in piena notte salendo sulla barca già in nostro possesso in maniera truffaldina e furtiva senza dirci una parola. Il tender era rotto e imbarcava tantissima acqua. marenauta e crosallingaccademy avrebbero dovuto essere più professionali e ci riserviamo di chiedere un risarcimento su tutti i disagi che ci hanno causato in quanto in barca c'erano sia persone anziane che bambini e respirare per 14 giorni aria maleodorante non è stato per nulla salubre. invece di essere così precisi nelle richieste economiche per delle banalità dovevate operare per tempo su i problemi devastanti e salutari per i vostri clienti. mi auguro che questa mia possa farvi riflettere che solo pretendere denaro non è la giusta strada per condurre una compagnia e che da parte nostra abbiamo subito gravi danni sia fisici che morali. I am so sorry that you have this problem on the boat. 

Damages and mistakes on boats have to happen and we do not run away from it. 

Unfortunately, we did not know that you had an unpleasant smell on the boat and we did not know that something was bothering you on the boat because we did not receive any feedback from you during your booking. If we know about this some of us will come to fix the problem. 

In our charter, cockpit cushions are optional extras and they are not included in the price, which can be seen in the price list for all optional extras. You were informed about the charge for cockpit cushions on the boat during check-in and you you didn't want to take it as an optional extra.  
The previous guests had taken cockpit cushions and our technicians took them off as they do every time at the end of the booking, and for that reason, they were in front of the boat. You put the cockpit cushions on the boat by yourself without asking some of our team, and they were taken off that evening because you did not pay for the part that was explained to you before on the check-in.

Hallo Liebes Marenauta Team, eigentlich wollte ich genau dieses Boot testen, weil ich mit dem Gedanken spiele den Boots Typ zu kaufen. Generell war das Boot sauber und gut in Schuss. Leider hatte es katastrophale Segeleigenschaften. Ich hatte extra dafür einen Profiskipper angeheuert und wir haben es nicht geschafft das Boot vernünftig zu segeln. Der Profiskipper hatte zig Telefonate geführt mit Kollegen, aber keiner konnte helfen. Er selbst meinte das Boot sei unsegelbar. Leider war mein Test somit ein Reinfall. Die Ursache ist uns nicht klar, selbst ein Mechaniker vom Team in Pula meinte, dass er mit dem Boot das gleiche Problem hatte. Das ist schade, das Boot war ganz gut gepflegt, leider zum Segeln nicht geeignet. Viele Grüße Andreas Rupp

Odličan stariji brzi brod  
Bio je užitak jedriti na ovome brodu čak i u vrlo zahtjevnim uvjetima. Iznajmili smo ga na samom kraju sezone tako da smo na više pozicija primijetili dotrajalost broda i opreme, ali ništa što ozbiljno zimsko održavanje ne bi moglo riješiti. Preporučam svima kojima je užitak jedrenja važniji od pokazivanja na palubi.
