Deposit insurance:  The non-refundable deposit can be purchased on-site at a cost of ca. 12% of the deposit for the first and second week. For charters lasting three or more weeks, a new deposit insurance policy must be purchased. Please note that the deposit insurance does not cover clogged toilets, waste tanks, or missing fuel. Therefore, a refundable part of the deposit is mandatory: 500 EUR (payable in cash or by credit card). Optional 300€ (per booking)

Razočarani v Biogradu  
Na žalost smo bili z najemom jadrnice zelo razočarani. Kar se tiče urejanja papirjev v pisarni je bilo vse korektno in gladko, tako kot mora biti. Težave pa so se začele takoj ob prevzemu jadrnice. Na check-inu smo ugotovili, da chart plotter sploh ne deluje. Trajalo je “samo sekundo” (beri: dobro uro), da so ga zamenjali. Ok, sem si mislil — zgodi se. Ampak kako tega niso opazili že pri prejšnjem check-outu, če je bil ekran plotterja počen, črn in popolnoma neodziven? Naslednji dan smo prijadrali do Kornatov, kjer sem iz radovednosti preizkusil bow thruster, za katerega se je izkazalo, da ne deluje. Klical sem njihov service number, ki naj bi bil aktiven med 8:00 in 20:00 vsaj 10-krat, z 15-minutnimi premori. Šele zvečer so me poklicali nazaj in rekli, da je verjetno problem v varovalki ali prenizki napetosti. Ker smo bili na jadrnici sami tehnični tipi oziroma električarji, smo to seveda preverili že prej. Naslednji dan so poslali svojo ekipo “mojstrov”, ki je po štirih urah ugotovila, da je nekje verjetno pretrgan kabel. Težavo so začasno rešili z direktnim stikalom. Razumem, da se stvari kvarijo, ampak zaradi te situacije smo morali tudi sami kupiti karto za Kornate za dodaten dan. Med plovbo smo sproti odkrivali nove težave: notranje kljuke vrat so bile vse bolj povešene, WC pumpa je puščala in škropila, vrvi jader so bile razcefrane, dinghy je puščal, na koncu pa se je odlomila še plastična ročka hladilnika, ki je bila očitno že dotrajana. Ob check-outu smo pošteno povedali, da se je ročka hladilnika odlomila. Gospod, ki je pregledoval jadrnico, nam je rekel, naj ne skrbimo zaradi tega. Ko pa sem prišel v pisarno po vračilo depozita, so mi zaračunali kar 280 € “škode”. 35 € za ročko hladilnika — ok, čeprav je bila očitno že prej načeta, se je dokončno odlomila nam. 75 € za WC pumpo, ker je malo škropila? Skoraj pri vsakem charterju do zdaj se je to zgodilo in dobro vem, da se težava reši z zategom nekaj vijakov na vrhu pumpe. To bi z veseljem uredili tudi sami, če bi bil na jadrnici vsaj osnovni komplet orodja. Ob check-inu pa nam je njihov zaposleni celo rekel, da ve, da orodje ni popolno, ampak da ga “itak ne bomo potrebovali”. Na koncu pa še 130 € za potapljača, ker naj bi navili vrv okoli propelerja. Tukaj pa je zadeva postala zelo sumljiva. V preteklosti sem že navil vrv na propeler in zelo dobro vem, kako se to občuti med plovbo. Ko sem zahteval slike “škode”, se je na aktualni fotografiji videlo približno 2 cm tanke vrvice pri ležaju osovine. Ko pa sem želel videti fotografije od prej, so pokazali mesec dni staro sliko, posneto točno iz takšnega kota, da tega dela sploh ni bilo videti. Ko sem opozoril še na vse ostale težave na jadrnici (bow thruster, kljuke, dotrajana oprema …), sem dobil samo odgovor: “To se v charterju dogaja.” In da glede tega ne morem ničesar. Tako sem iz pisarne odšel precej jezen in z 280 € manj v žepu. Žal je bila ta izkušnja zelo slaba za vse člane posadke, zato smo se odločili, da pri njih jadrnice ne bomo več najeli.

Vacanza a Biograd  
La mia vacanza a Biograd è andata molto bene, i ragazzi si sono trovati a proprio agio, porti a me nuovi, ma molto ben organizzati. I prezzi sono un po’ aumentati rispetto a qualche anno fa ma i servizi non mancano mai. Non ho ancora deciso né il periodo delle mie vacanze né la destinazione, ma quello che è certo è che andrò in barca a vela e andrò con Marenauta…

Good boat, not so good charter co.  
Boat is very good but very bad (too small) bimini , very low level of sun or rain protection. Boat itself is in good condition, nice for maneuverer. Charter staff on reception not polite, too busy. Welcome on arrival disaster , they told me to find some free place in marine by myself and tie a boat. Honestly, I would take same boat again (but with improved bimini) , but I would seriously consider charter company.
