I had an excellent experience with NAVE Yachting, through Marenauta, chartering a Bali 4.2 (Jeux d'Hiver) bareboat for a week, for an 8-pax week cruise from Lavrio to Milos (Cyclades).
The Bali 4.2 — which I knew well — confirms itself as a very comfortable cruising solution, even if it might make sailing purists turn up their noses.
The boat, fairly new (2023), is in good condition for a charter boat.
Perhaps the only significant flaw was battery efficiency, heavily stressed by the boat's inverter-powered equipment (full-size fridge, A/C, watermaker, Nespresso, WiFi, etc.) but the presence of an efficient generator and a photovoltaic panel allowed us to complete the cruise without excessive restrictions.
Although the company has only recently expanded to Lavrion port (Olimpico Marine) and does not yet have a dedicated office in the marina, the staff proved extremely pleasant, kind and helpful, trying to accommodate all our requests where possible.
I believe a climate of mutual and pleasant esteem and collaboration was created, which is not always a given in these circumstances, allowing us to report at the end some small improvements to the setup that could make boat handling even more efficient, robust and comfortable in a future cruising context (mainly relating to the cockpit and steering).
We had no need for any assistance during the cruise, but I am sure we would have found a valid and concrete contact had we needed it.
I hope to return soon, both to revisit the wonderful places we visited and to relive the same pleasant charter experience.

He did his best to respond to our requests even though he does not yet have an office on site. Some reservations, however, about the skipper who was not always willing to accommodate our requests as he wanted to follow his predefined program, showing little flexibility. Unfortunately there was not a great rapport with him and sometimes he was even a bit rude.
