Nice holiday but with several problems on the boat. On arrival the boat we had booked had problems; fortunately it was replaced with an identical one. Clear problems of superficiality in preparing the boats before handover: one cabin not prepared and not cleaned, frying pans and some towels missing, arriving only on Sunday morning after our insistence; checking the gas bottle it was half empty; the boat was not cleaned internally as it should be. On the second day on arrival in port the port engine would not start, clearly due to a problem with the start button. The next day two technicians arrive who try to repair the problem, provisionally repaired, but the day after the problem recurs; fortunately our skipper found a way to start the engine every time the problem appeared. The following day we noticed the tender engine was unusable and we had to do without the tender for the whole week. More seriously, on the second day the skipper detects high temperature in the port engine cooling, which made it unusable for lack of fluid; after several contacts with the office our skipper decides to do it himself and after checking the whole engine finds a cut hose and repairs it. Finally we have a working engine. We won't list other minor issues. We believe these problems stem from the little attention paid on return of the boats by the staff.

Everything went for the best, from the Marenauta booking service to Bemex Boot charter. Everyone very courteous and quick in their replies. Very nice marina, quick and efficient check-in and check-out, catamaran in excellent condition.

Overall experience - good  
Hello, regarding the selected catamaran and year of manufacture (2023) I was surprised that it was already in such poor condition. Many things were already damaged. The biggest problem was the toilets which were not properly cleaned and we had to call the service on the second day because of which we had to change our itinerary for that day. The smell of faeces did fade somewhat but remained more or less until the end of the trip. The skipper was correct and friendly but in my view too passive. I would have expected a skipper who always makes sure the vessel is clean (exterior) and who is more proactive.
