Owner takes care of things personally  
At handover and return the owner was present, explained things and listed the advantages of his yacht. Very informative and relaxed. I haven't experienced that before.

Not recommended  
The chartered yacht (Bavaria C42, 2023) had a dead battery (replaced at Marina Veruda Pula), empty gas cylinder, water leaking inside (at the bottom) (repaired at Marina Lošinj), yacht had no working anchor light, both cockpit compasses were reversed, poor sealing of side windows (water leaking into the galley in rain). Charter was for 15 days and on the external benches they installed ordinary beach loungers instead of proper cushions. On the agreed departure day (02 JUL) the chartered skipper did not show up. Due to all the real and procedural errors and unprofessionalism we lost 4 days of sailing.
