Gulf of Volos and Sporades, a 14-day dream
Comfortable boat in good condition.
Reliable, kind and friendly staff.
Wonderful places.
As a family with two teenagers we felt very comfortable on the Kleio and enjoyed two beautiful relaxed weeks in the Gulf of Volos and the northern Sporades. For its age (built 1998) the boat is in good shape and technical equipment like radio, GPS, plotter and engine are up to date. Both sails (roller furling jib and mainsail) were relatively new and worked reliably. Same for both heads with showers. A solar panel and the two large water tanks also allowed multi-day stays in secluded bays without restrictions. Alex from Odyssey Sailing was reachable whenever needed. Overall an unforgettable sailing holiday.
Fantastic experience aboard the Lagoon 42: the boat was in excellent condition both in terms of maintenance (everything — and I mean everything — was perfectly working… that does not always happen!) and cleanliness.
We have been chartering boats for many years and this was by far the best check-in we have ever had: exhaustive explanations down to the smallest detail!

From Volos in the beautiful waters of the northern Sporades. However, next time I would start from Skiathos to save time.
