Nice team but very poorly maintained and partly broken sailing boat  
Takeover and return were smooth and friendly, but many things on the boat were not in order: - The fridge did not cool, many foods spoiled - The diesel gauge always showed full - The dinghy lost air very quickly - Water leaked in at several places when it rained; we had to put pots underneath overnight - The shower head dripped; it always had to lie in the sink - Water dripped from the toilet pump when pumping When we complained about most of these things before departure we were told it is end of season, these things can happen. When we wrote another SMS during the cruise we received no reply. When we complained again after return, they said they were considering giving us compensation for the fridge and that they would get back to us. For two weeks they did not contact us; meanwhile I have written an email and called them five times, and each time I am put off. I will certainly not charter a boat from this charterer again. Everything went for the best, from the Marenauta booking service to Bemex Boot charter. Everyone very courteous and quick in their replies. Very nice marina, quick and efficient check-in and check-out, catamaran in excellent condition.

Overall experience - good  
Hello, regarding the selected catamaran and year of manufacture (2023) I was surprised that it was already in such poor condition. Many things were already damaged. The biggest problem was the toilets which were not properly cleaned and we had to call the service on the second day because of which we had to change our itinerary for that day. The smell of faeces did fade somewhat but remained more or less until the end of the trip. The skipper was correct and friendly but in my view too passive. I would have expected a skipper who always makes sure the vessel is clean (exterior) and who is more proactive.
