Yacht OK so far, charterer service KO  
On boat takeover we found: - not enough drinking glasses (not enough for 4 people) - galley equipment (poor pans, few utensils, spatulas) - boat poorly cleaned (dirt in cabin, wet gloves in lockers... - fridge didn't work! Apparently not checked beforehand. - 1st repair before departure was done - After 1 week the fridge failed again: endless WhatsApp traffic with the base manager = he was unable to organise a repair for 1 week. - We had to throw away food worth at least 100 euros and keep buying ice = additional expenses. Total damage certainly over EUR 150. This although we booked a boat for 2 weeks + EUR 4,000.00 incl. solar panel etc. -> No compensation was offered. That's very weak and cheap. Technical check-out was OK. For administrative check-out the office was not staffed Friday afternoon and Saturday morning! No proper administrative check-out. We are totally dissatisfied with how things went; the expected service from the charter base is absolutely inadequate, we are disappointed.
