The staff, especially Christiana, was wonderful and the check-in and check-out procedures were the best we have experienced in the last 10 years of regularly using the boat rental.
The staff, especially Christiana, was wonderful and the check-in and check-out procedures were the best we have experienced in the last 10 years of regularly using the boat rental.
La base è in una posizione molto comoda per andare verso sud, ma non offre nulla (non c’è un marina con bagni/docce) non c’è supermercato. E’ comodo se si arriva con la macchina per il parcheggio e per andare a Nidri a fare spesa. La base manager è molto gentile e disponibile: la barca non ha avuto problemi ma era tenuta male per avere pochi anni (assi dei gabinetti tutte graffiate (direi impresentabili), schienale del divanetto interno non avvitato, torcia che perdeva la copertura gommata con maniglia con il rischio di perderla, le cime galleggianti erano tutte annodate , fornello grosso danneggiato che bruciava le pentole e perdeva gas quindi inutilizzabile, pentole con il fondo esterno completamente annerito…). Le lenzuola non erano adeguate alle misure dei letti matrimoniali ed i letti non erano stati fatti. I pannelli solari sono messi in modo che il bimini non si possa togliere (con vento forte cosa succede? Oppure se fa freddo o semplicemente si vuole stare al sole?) ed in più pesano e quindi si flette e si tocca con la testa. L’aiutante sul molo non era molto cortese. Ho preso Wi-Fi illimitato ma non ha mai funzionato (mi hanno rimborsato ma abbiamo usato il contratto italiano)

I posti meravigliosi.
La barca buona nel complesso, ma appena partiti siamo dovuti rientrare due volte alla base perché scattava l'allarme del motore, problema non risolto.
Abbiamo perso le due ore che avevamo pagato con il check. In anticipato,ma non hanno voluto restituirci i 100 euro pagati in più.
Per il resto gentili, ma poca cura nei dettagli e pulizia della barca approssimativa.

I truly understand your frustration about the faulty pressure alarm that went on just after your departure from our base. We apologize about that but as you understand this can happen even to our well maintained yachts. Our engineer met you in the nearest port to you, straight away, and fixed the issue in less than 1.5h, so you didn’t spend more time waiting.
As you have received the yacht 1h before the agreed early check-in time and you also return it 1h after the agreed time, it looks like you enjoyed to the fullest your trip!
As per the attention to detail, we are sorry that you didn’t mention anything to us all these days that you were on board and we didn’t have the opportunity to address any inconvenience.
