Boat location 
According to the skipper, the itinerary towards the Pontine Islands was followed as initially agreed. From the first-day briefing, the group had been informed of the expected deterioration in weather conditions from mid-week onwards, with north-westerly seas and waves of up to 2.5 metres. For this reason, an early return to Ischia was arranged on Wednesday evening, so as to avoid potentially dangerous sailing. A similar situation also occurred on Thursday, with a stop at Marina di Procida. On both occasions, the skipper worked to obtain preferential berth rates, negotiating directly with the marinas.
On Friday morning, the group went out again for a final swim before returning to the marina at around 14:45/15:00.
Choices regarding stops and berths were also made with the presence on board of a lady who suffered from seasickness in mind.
During the week, guests had the opportunity to visit Ponza, Palmarola and Ventotene, with tender excursions, visits to coves and caves, and several overnight stops at anchor. In addition, at the group's explicit request, a stop was made at Capri for lunch at a restaurant that was particularly dear to them, linked to a personal memory.
The skipper also cooked for the group on three occasions, reporting that all guests, except one client, were satisfied and cordial.
Based on what we have gathered, there was no inappropriate behaviour on the part of the skipper. The decisions taken during the cruise appear to have been motivated by safety, concern for guests' well-being and willingness to help.
