Una bella vacanza

Personale Bruneko molto gentile, ottima assistenza a terra.
Dò 4 stelle per un appunto al catamarano, che pur essendo di recentissima costruzione (Bali 42, 2023) ha presentato alcuni problemi, non gravi ma piuttosto fastidiosi, evitabili con una manutenzione più accurata.
Sulla barca: cabine pittosto strette e poco areate (in precedenza ho noleggiato dei Lagoon 42); a scapito di queste l'abitabilità "giorno" era superlativa.
Equipaggiamento con necessità di manutenzione (Tazze di due bagni mobili e non fissabili per bulloni spannati, non funzionava sempre l'impianto di condizionamento per avaria del generatore, il rubinetto della cucina era rotto in parte, così pure il doccino esterno a poppa)
Pulizia: buona x letti, spazi comuni, stoviglie, ma nei bagni e nelle cabine aleggiava sempre un pessimo odore (svutamento serbatoi "neri" da parte nostra quotidiano)

Am Ende alles sehr gut
|

Bei der Buchung war ich sehr enttäuscht, dass man mir ein größeres Boot nur über eine andere Agentur anbieten konnte, ich beide bezahlen sollte und bei Vercharterung der ersten Angebotes ich dann mein Geld abzüglich 100,- € erhalten sollte. Das führte zu meiner Haltung, hier letztmali gechartert zu haben.
Als ich jedoch dann das Erstangebot wahrnahm und das Schiff betrat, wuchs zunehmend meine Begeisterung. Betten waren liebevoll zurecht gemacht, ein Begrüßungsschreiben lag auf dem Tiusch und neben einer Flasche Wein lag noch eine Schachtel Kekse. Das Boot war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Einige wenige Dinge funktionierten nicht, wir kamen aber gut zurecht. Nach einer Havarie am Motor kam am nächsten Morgen sofort Hilfe, zumal mein Coskipper, ein Maschinenbauingenieur - Ursache und Ersatzteil erkannt hatte. Übernahme und Übergabe verliefen absolut korrekt und sachlich. Hinweise wurde dankbar entgegen genommen.
Fazit: Wenn ich die Schiffsgröße genau planen kann, werde ich bestimmt wieder bei euch chartern.
