Molte cose da migliorare  
Approfitto della recensione per avanzare un reclamo. Per la prima volta dopo anni di noleggi ho trovato una barca sporca all'interno ma soprattutto con l'opera viva completamente rivestita di alghe e incrostazioni. (Imbarcazione del 2023). La barca non era per nulla performante e, durante la navigazione a motore i consumi, comparati con quelli di una barca di uguale lunghezza che ha viaggiato con noi sono stati ben maggiori. Inoltre dopo una notte in rada ho richiesto assistenza a causa della batteria motore scaricata (colpa mia) ed il meccanico intervenuto, per un disaccordo con il charter, si è comportato in modo vergognoso minacciandoci di avvisare la CdP di far bloccare la barca in quanto non sicura, e chiedendo a noi il costo del suo intervento. (armatore: Spartivento, meccanico: LV Rent a Marina di campo). Capisco che certe cose possono anche succedere, ma la carena era veramente in pessimo stato). Nonostante tutto raccomando l'armatore con il quale on passato ho già avuto rapporti soddisfacenti.

la ringraziamo per la sua recensione, anche se ci preme chiarire alcuni aspetti fondamentali:

  1. Pulizia dell’imbarcazione
    Al momento del check-in, il cliente non ha segnalato alcun problema relativo alla pulizia della barca. In caso contrario, saremmo intervenuti tempestivamente. L’imbarcazione è stata accettata e presa in carico così com’era, come riportato nel verbale di check-in (allegato).
  2. Condizione della carena (opera viva)
    Le performance delle antivegetative moderne sono limitate da regolamenti ambientali sempre più stringenti, pensati per la tutela del mare. Ci dispiace che lo scafo si sia sporcato, ma questo è un fenomeno possibile. 
  3. Assistenza a Marina di Campo
    Durante la sosta in rada a Marina di Campo, l’imbarcazione ha avuto un problema di avviamento dovuto alla scarica completa della batteria motore, causata dal pannello di controllo rimasto acceso per tutta la notte. Dal rumore proveniente dal vano motore, si è ipotizzato anche un possibile guasto al relè della centralina. Per garantire un’assistenza rapida, abbiamo contattato un tecnico locale dotato di gommone per raggiungere l’imbarcazione direttamente in rada e risolvere il problema. L’intervento ha permesso di riavviare il motore senza ulteriori danni.


  1. Assistenza non addebitata
    Desideriamo far notare che non è stato addebitato alcun costo per l’assistenza telefonica fornita dal nostro team (dalle 10:30 alle 13:30), né per il tecnico attivato d’urgenza a Marina di Campo. Inoltre, avevamo già predisposto un secondo intervento tecnico a Marciana Marina, qualora la batteria fosse risultata danneggiata a causa dello scaricamento.


Conclusione

Detto questo riteniamo importante sottolineare comunque il nostro concreto impegno nel risolvere prontamente il problema, senza alcun addebito al cliente né per l’intervento telefonico, né per la mobilitazione del personale tecnico coinvolto. Rimaniamo comunque disponibili al dialogo, come sempre, con trasparenza e spirito collaborativo.

Ho noleggiato un Lagoon 43/ 2026 tramite Marenauta (sempre affidable), il charter Spartivento è come sempre TOP! Accoglienza e servio EFFICIENTI con cortesia. Barca pulita e molto ben dotata. Le Eolie regalano sempre belle emozioni, con un servizio efficente del Charter si ottiene il 100% della soddisfazione. Sarebbe interessante avere anche la possibilità di ridurre la cauzione con la formula (Damage waiver).

We came at around 2:00 p.m. The arriving day, The yacht was handled to fix The anchor motor. We were surprised to see that the yacht luck maintenance, we asked for proper check in with a checklist but the answer was ask what you need to know... We had to find flaws and broken things to mark Mark and to picture and to ask them to fix. Poor maintenance. The sailing was great with no problems, except the refrigerator door, we had problems closing an opening. Have to say it wasn't enough. But we received two sets of towels for each room

Bene, ma non benissimo  
Esperienza nel complesso discreta, ma con alcuni aspetti migliorabili. • Marina di Cala de' Medici: struttura piuttosto scomoda e costosa. Il parcheggio è molto caro, si trova all'esterno, ed è completamente esposto al sole. Al rientro ci è stato assegnato un posto barca sul lato opposto della marina, con circa 20 minuti a piedi per raggiungere l'auto. Comodo solo il tempo necessario a caricare i bagagli, poi bisogna riportare l'auto al parcheggio e rifare il percorso. • Spartivento: molto apprezzata la consegna della barca con due ore di anticipo e il check-out, rapido ed efficiente. Meno positiva la dotazione di bordo visti anche i costi elevati (alcune attrezzature erano mancanti, insufficienti o malfunzionanti) e soprattutto la gestione del rifornimento di carburante: siamo stati avvisati solo il giorno del rientro dell'obbligo di fare carburante in marina, con oltre un'ora di coda per aggiungere appena 5 euro di gasolio, visto che avevamo già fatto il carburante in altro porto limitrofo, proprio per evitare la coda. Infine, ho trovato scorretto che la cauzione di 3.000 euro sia stata sbloccata quattro giorni dopo il rientro, nonostante il check-out fosse concluso senza problemi e nonostante la mia richiesta di eseguire l'operazione nell'immediatezza, come viene fatto generalmente. Va considerato che di fatto i 3.000 euro restano ' bloccati' e in caso di necessità di utilizzo della carta di credito, ciò va tenuto conto ai fini dei limiti di spesa. Nel complesso una buona esperienza, ma vista l'offerta di società di charter è probabile che valuterò altri operatori per il prossimo noleggio.
