Everything on time, correct, flexible and very courteous! No complaints about the team!! The only complaint is that the boat is moored in a part of the marina where there is not enough manoeuvring space between the pontoons, and when it is windy with many boats moored, you cannot sail out without help!!!

Positive experience  
We rented the Bavaria 33 Cruiser "Nova", a boat showing the signs of its charter activity, but very enjoyable. Procedures with Marenauta well managed, good shore assistance from the charter company, perhaps check-in a bit quick, but these are details. The only real problem was the autopilot which did not seem reliable with a bit of swell, though in our case it did not cause real inconvenience. The only truly negative side was the chaos on return to Biograd on Friday, dozens and dozens of boats returning at the same time with no rules and creating an infernal traffic jam, no respect from skippers for even the most basic rules to avoid collisions: a circus, I dare not think what happens when there is wind and sea (this is obviously not a problem of the charter company but of the overall marina management). Early return is recommended.
