All in all tip top  
The boat, the takeover, Sukosan harbour, the Kornati sailing area, the information and on-site support from Kroki were well done. Everything went smoothly. On returning the boat there were some problems because a toilet was blocked. I didn't check this thoroughly enough at takeover—the brief check was ok, but apparently something was blocked. Only we definitely did not use that toilet with toilet paper; we know how to use these toilets properly. The Kroki people then acknowledged this... but next time I'll do a much more thorough toilet check at takeover.

The boat had various problems with the functionality of accessories but Kroki's technicians' assistance quickly resolved almost all the breakdowns

Excellent vessel - rushed check-in  
The rental was positive, but with some aspects to improve. Strengths: The sailboat was absolutely splendid and kept in excellent condition. Cleanliness was impeccable, which made our stay on board extremely pleasant. Aspects to Improve: Check-in operations were too rushed, leaving us with some operational doubts. The only real problem occurred the following day: we requested assistance but no staff member showed up. The lack of post-check-in support was a discomfort. In summary: Excellent fleet and vessels, but assistance and professionalism in the initial briefing need to be improved.
