Biograd-Lagoon 450 F von EuroYacht  
Die Erfahrung mit EuroYacht war zufriedenstellend. Der Check In war etwas schnell, was normalerweise nicht schlecht ist, da man schnell los kommt, jedoch wurden dadurch Mängel übersehen. Die Badeleiter Sprossen waren z.B. gebrochen, was den Einstieg in das Boot während dem Urlaub sehr erschwert hat. Auf die Frage hin, ob das getauscht werden könnte, kam nur das Angebot zurück in den Hafen zu kommen. Dadurch verliert man aber auf einem langsamen Katamaran sehr viel Zeit. Auch haben Landleinen gefehlt, bzw. Waren die Vorhandenen zu kurz/ gerissen. Auch hier keine Hilfe möglich. Am letzten Tag wurde uns ein Seil in der Schiffsschraube berechnet, es empfiehlt sich selbst kurz nach Übernahme des Bootes und vor Abgabe selbst tauchen zu gehen und Bilder zu machen. Ansonsten war aber alles sehr unproblematisch und die Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Bez obzira na vrijeme koje nam nije bilo naklonjeno, jedrenje s Vama je bilo pun pogodak zahvaljujuci Vasem skiperu, gosp. Petar Kirac, koji nas je odusevio svojom spontanoscu i poznavanjem svake vale na našoj ruti. Sve je bilo savrseno , jedino male zamjerke idu na gumice otvora od soba ( palubne) kroz koje se, uslijed kiše, provlacila voda. U svakom slucaju, vidimo se opet, obavezno sa “našim” skiperom. Navigare necesse est !!!

Thanks for providing opportunity sending our feedback! Overall, it was a very meaningful week, our team had a really good time, there are beautiful places in Croatia. The sailing boat (Elan 45) was as described in the reservation and as it was expected, but let me highlight a few things that could perhaps be improved for a higher level of service: - unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly, which would be essential in that environment and climate - the internal instruments did not always work properly, e.g. the fuel level display was dead. - taking over the ship first day was a very fast and hasty process. Although we have advanced knowledge of sailing, we dont know all types of boats and we couldn't remember much about the very quick instructions. It was rather chaotic... -the re-fueling process of the large number of ships expected at the end of the period must also be better organized - but we know it is not fully your business But, again, we left Biograd with very pleasant experiences, thank you!
